Homage

Little computer connecting
me to the world and friends
by way of towers far away and
satellites beyond the moon.
Away from my laptop and
wi-fi, it welcomes me, enables
me to pass the time with games,
keep up with everyone at home,
catch a movie later, write this poem
Life changing rectangle of
bytes and usage and apps;
conveniently, it even
makes phone calls.
